“The wait was about 3 minutes to be called back, and then after taking my vitals and general info it was only 2 minutes alone waiting for the doctor. I’ve never had faster service anywhere! I introduced myself to Dr. Tracy and we spoke about my current back pain situation. We went over options, he did a physical exam, we discussed imaging I’d had and throughout, he was polite, engaged and present in the conversation, and treated me like a person instead of a number.
I explained I’d never had an injection before and he took the time to explain the procedure, the things I’d feel and how it would help. It made me feel much more at ease.
The ladies working the front desk, as well as the Dr.’s assistant were smiling, cheerful and professional. Thank you everyone!”
