Rebecca Andrie, DNP, FNP – BC
Rebecca is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Family Studies and Human Development. Rebecca went on to attend the University of Iowa, graduating with a master’s degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership before completing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Rebecca practiced as a bedside nurse for over eight years, specializing in neuroscience. During her career at the bedside, she primarily cared for patients who were hospitalized for various brain and spinal cord injuries.
Since becoming a nurse practitioner, Rebecca has focused on managing acute and chronic pain conditions in the outpatient setting. She has experience treating musculoskeletal pain with PRP, stem cells, trigger point injections, and intra-articular joint injections. Rebecca takes a holistic approach with her patients; she focuses on the entire person, not just a symptom, and works with her patients to identify and treat the root cause of their pain.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys going to sporting events, cooking, skiing, hiking, camping, or just relaxing with her dog, Toews (yes, he is named after the Chicago Blackhawks hockey player, Jonathan Toews).
